ZURU Ballers x Justin Jefferson “The 18” Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

The giveaway is run by ZURU Inc., of Unit 1201-04, Energy Plaza, 92 Granville Road TST East, Kowloon, HONG KONG SAR ("ZURU", "we" or "us"). By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The giveaway opens at 10am 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026 CT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

• The giveaway is open to entrants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Entrants must have an Instagram account, and their profile must be public for the whole Giveaway Period and until winners are notified and prizes are claimed.
• Employees of ZURU and of the National Football League Players Association, National Football League Players Incorporated and any agency involved in the giveaway, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

• The giveaway runs on Instagram only.
• There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
• Entries made by automated means (including bots or scripts) are invalid.
• Entries removed by Instagram, or made from a private account, are invalid.

• There are 200 prizes. Each winner will receive one (1) Giant NFL Ballers capsule which has enclosed 14 original sized Baller capsules (approximate retail value is $140 USD). Of the winners, 18 of the capsules include one of the Golden capsules which contains the ultra rare 18 collection Golden Capsule, which has a signed Justin Jefferson Baller.
• Capsules are allocated to winners using a random generator.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, ZURU may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Prizes will be dispatched to winners once we have received shipping details from the winners. ZURU will be paying for shipping and customs where required.
• Winners are responsible for any tax payable on their prize.

• Two hundred (200) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random generator.
• Winners will be announced on @zuruballers Instagram Stories on 2 November 2026. Winners will be tagged in the Stories and will receive a direct message from @zuruballers on Instagram.
• Winners must reply to the direct message within 72 hours. If a winner does not reply within 72 hours, another winner will be selected at random, and will continue to repeat this process until all 200 prizes have been allocated to winners.
• ZURU will only contact winners from the official @zuruballers account and will never ask for payment or banking details to claim a prize.
• Winners may be asked to confirm their eligibility, including age and residence, before receiving their prize.

Odds of being selected as one of the 200 winners depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each winner has an 18 in 200 (9%) chance of receiving a capsule containing an autographed collectible.

By entering, entrants agree that, if they win, ZURU may tag them and publish their Instagram handle in the winner announcement on @zuruballers Instagram Stories.

Personal information collected from entrants and winners (including Instagram handle, and for winners, name, shipping address and email address) is collected by ZURU to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and deliver prizes. It may be shared with ZURU's agencies, service providers and prize fulfilment partners, for those purposes only. Winners' shipping details will be collected by direct message from the verified @zuruballers account only. Personal information is otherwise handled in accordance with ZURU's Privacy Policy at

If for any reason the giveaway cannot run as planned, including because of tampering, fraud, technical failure, Instagram unavailability or policy action, or any other cause beyond ZURU’s reasonable control that undermines the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the giveaway, ZURU may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway. If the giveaway is cancelled, ZURU may award prizes at random from eligible entries received before cancellation. Under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with the giveaway. Any questions about the giveaway should be directed to ZURU, not Instagram.

The giveaway is run solely by ZURU. Justin Jefferson, J5 Ballers LLC, the National Football League Players Association, the National Football League and National Football League Players Incorporated, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (together, the "Player Parties") are not sponsors or administrators of the giveaway. They are not responsible for running the giveaway, selecting winners, or supplying, delivering or fulfilling any prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Player Parties are not liable for any loss, damage, injury (including death), claim, cost or expense of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with:

• the giveaway or any entrant's participation in it;
• the selection or notification of winners; or
• the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, delivery, failed delivery, loss of, or damage to any prize, including any autographed collectible; or
• the acts, omissions, representations, warranties, products, services or conduct of ZURU or any third party acting on ZURU's behalf.

Each entrant acknowledges that their sole relationship with respect to the giveaway is with ZURU. By entering, each entrant releases the Player Parties from all claims described in this clause 12 and waives any claim against any Player Party arising from the acts, omissions, representations, warranties, products, services or conduct of ZURU or any third party acting on ZURU's behalf, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any questions or complaints about the giveaway must be directed solely to ZURU, not the Player Parties.

Nothing in this clause 12 excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights entrants have under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, ZURU is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights entrants have under applicable consumer law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not deprive entrants of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
